Alrighty its storytime!!

I will start of with the miracles, incase I dont have time for the others haha. Alright, so sSister Cook and I really want to work on following the spirit this transfer. So, during sacred grove on day (the 15 minutes at the beginning of personal study where we pray) a random thought came to mind that even though we didn't have a lot of time to go finding that day, we should walk this certain part on the way to the church instead of flying down it on our bikes like we usually do. And talk to everyone we see. So I tell Cook shimai, we are kinda like well I dont know if its just a random thought or whatever but we might as well do it! So we go to that part- knowing that we are going to find someone who we need to talk to. So, we get rejected a few times, and then this one lady actually stops to listen! Her name is Kitagawa san, and she ran into the missionaries a year ago. They gave her a Book of Mormon but she never read it. She said missionaries have tried to stop and talked to her three times before- but she never stopped. Today though, she felt like she needed to stop. AMAZING RIGHT?! Me and Sister Cook we just taking turns freaking out every time she looked away cause we were so excited haha. She gave us her number, and we set up an appointment for the next day. Guess who showed up?!?! SHE DID. It was amazing. Taught her about the restoration and invited her to be baptized. She doesn't have a date quite yet, but she is learning and growing and DAH! She is amazing. our miracle.

This week the others sisters were gone to another city, so cook shimai and I dragged our futons into their room and slept on top of thiers in addition to our (our rooms heater doesnt work, so the nights get a little chilly sometimes- but theirs works great :) but yeah. I gotta say- I dont know when I have slept that good ever. it was like heaven haha. I woke up plenty of times, but purely because I was so comfortable. I was waking up smiling, and the only thoughts that were going through my mind were about how comfy it was, and how it was the best sleep ever. Anyways, I felt like a princess haha it was a good day.

HERE IS THE HILARIOUS story from this past week haha. I shall try to relay it quickly. So here are a few facts you all need to know in order for this story to make sense. 1) Cook Shimai is lactose intolerant. VERY lactose intolerant 2) there is a holiday coming up for young ladies. I dont know anything about it except that it involves bridal dolls. 3) there is a woman in our ward (ill call her Fauna Shimai) who is high into fashion, manners, etc. 

Alright here it goes. Fuana Shimai calls us telling us she needs all 4 of our sister missionaries ofer at her house the next morning to help her with some kind of service project. but she wont tell us what for. So we should up. the service project was giving all her little dolls props hahaha it was very tedius and super funny. She is adorable. So we are very carefully giving these men with makeup swords and drums, etc. Then she sets out a tea party for us and stuff (I cant understand a lot of waht she says because she speaks heavy nagasakiben haha) but she gives us cake and hot chocolate. yuuuummmmm. alright here comes the good part. She starts putting lunch in the oven, and before she does she pours cheese all over the top before cook shimai can say anything. So we just make an agreement that I will eat all the cheese for her. So. out comes lunch, we eat it, and while fuana shimai has her backed turned I grab the cheese of of cook shimais plate. we are all trying SO hard not to laugh. Fuana shimai is very proper you see. Anyways, about ten minutes later- cook shimai turns to me and starts laughing. I ask her whats wrong and she tells me her stomach hurts hahahaha which means she needs to get to a bathroom within ten minutes or something bad is gonna happen. Long story short (I wish I had more time, this story is hilarious) we bike to a lawsons, she is int he bathroom for forever when finally a worker tells her she needs to clean it so cook shimai and I desperately try to find another bathroom close by, ditch our bikes, and cook shimai waddles her way to the bathroom, we are both trying so hard not to laugh, and man. it was just one of the funniest experiences hahaha. Cook shimai is the best because she knows how to laugh at things. And there is PLENTY to laugh about hahaha I will tell the long version of the story some other time. We met a couple really nice ladies because of it haha
